Join exhibiting artists Andreas Rutkauskas and Wanda Lock for a tour and talk about their respective works in Significant Forms. Curator Christine May will share insights about her approach to producing Significant Forms, why she selected the artists she decided to work with, and ultimately what she hopes audiences will experience within the exhibition space.

This event will be a moving tour and talk within Significant Forms. It is free and open to the public to attend.

Artist Bios:

Wanda Lock is an artist and curator based in Lake Country, BC. Lock’s artistic practice extends across various mediums, including drawing, collage, and installation, exploring the emotional and historical nuances of domestic spaces.


Andreas Rutkauskas resides on the unceded traditional territory of the syilx (Okanagan Valley, BC). His projects involve both photography and video, often focusing on landscapes that have undergone changes, including the aftermath and regeneration following wildfires. Silent Witnesses focuses on the aftermath and regrowth following the 2023 McDougall Creek Wildfire.
