For youth ages 9 to 12
Create original and appealing cartoon characters by developing an understanding of basic cartoon figure proportions, and improving technical drawing skills. During these classes students will learn how to add elements to a character to convey personality, and technically simulate qualities from any inanimate or animate object to create visual appeal in their design. Once the characters have been designed, students will be guided to create an epic poster, or comic book cover with their character as the centre piece. They will also learn the basics of putting together a comic storyboard.
Members – $100.00
Non members – $130.00
