Artists may spend weeks, months, even years creating a work of art, yet many of us spend only seconds looking at it! This series aims at slowing things down a bit, condensing some really big ideas, and developing tools and practices for looking at and talking about Western visual art. Each week begins with a half-hour-long multi-media presentation on a theme, followed by a short complementary exhibition tour and discussion over coffee.
