After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of British Columbia, Stewart Turcotte decided to follow his passion and pursue a career in the arts. In 1999, he became the owner of the Hambleton Galleries in Kelowna, British Columbia, where he represented sixty artists of national and international importance. As gallery owner, he met with and advised clients on purchasing artwork to add to their collections. Turcotte retired from the Hambleton Galleries in 2018 and is now an art consultant in Kelowna.
