September 5: Deanna Kent and Neil Hooson
From idea to literary agent, publisher and processes, hear about the creative journey from the author and illustrator of the middle grade book series Snazzy Cat Capers, in bookstores September 2018.
October 3: Tania Willard
Tania Willard, of Secwe?pemc and settler heritage, will discuss her outdoor installation, Gut Instincts, and how she works within shifting ideas around the contemporary and the traditional, often working with bodies of knowledge and skills that are conceptually linked to her interest in intersections between Aboriginal and other cultures.
November 7: Aleksandra Dulic and Miles Thorogood
Interdisciplinary artist Aleksandra Dulic and creative technologist Miles Thorogood will invite visitors to engage with their interactive and immersive installation, Journey of a Pod.
December 5: Stew Turcotte
Guest Curator Stew Turcotte will share his knowledge of Dr. Luigi Rossi’s collection and the works that were selected for the exhibition The Rossi Collection: A Circle of Friends.
