Clayton Gall is currently employed at RBC Phillips, Hager & North Investment Counsel as an Investment Counsellor. Mr. Gall has over 21 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry, and relocated from Toronto in 2010 to open the Kelowna office of PH& N Investment Counsel. He has been involved in a number of organizations including Kelowna General Hospital Foundation and the United Way. Mr. Gall was elected to the board in April 2013.

Fern Helfand is Associate Professor with the Faculty of Creative and Critical Studies at UBC Okanagan. Ms. Helfand has actively being involved with exhibiting her works of art in solo and group exhibitions nationally and internationally. Ms. Helfand joined the board in September 2009.

Joanne McKechnie, retired, previously spent her career within the health care sector. She has served on a number of Boards, including the Kelowna Women’s Shelter and Rotoplast Canada. She now pursues her passion for creating glass art, and was elected to the board in April 2013.

Paul Mitchell, Q.C., is a lawyer with Pushor Mitchell LLP. Mr. Mitchell has a long history of service to the community, and is a past member of several boards, including the Board of Governors and Executive of the Trial Lawyers Association of B.C., and UBCO Faculty of Management Advisory. Mr. Mitchell joined the board in December 2012.

Laura Myles is a lawyer at Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy LLP. She practices as a solicitor in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, and wills and estates. Ms. Myles joined Farris in June 2009, after completing her articles with the Ministry of Attorney General in Victoria. In addition to her involvement with the Kelowna Art Gallery, Ms. Myles is currently the Director-at-Large of the Kelowna Bar Association. Ms. Myles was elected to the board in April 2011.

Marla O’Brien is the Executive Director or United Way of the Central and South Okanagan. She has previously served on the board of the Central Okanagan Foundation. Ms. O’Brien joined the board in April 2010 and is the board President.

Derek Sanders is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator and works with the Spence Valuation Group in Kelowna providing business valuations and transaction services. He is originally from Vancouver, but moved to Kelowna several years ago. Mr. Sanders was elected to the board in April 2011, and is board Treasurer.

Mary Smith McCulloch was a professor in the fine Arts Department of OUC 1973 – 2000, and continues today as Professor Emeritus, at UBC Okanagan. She previously served on the Kelowna Art Gallery board during the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, and is a founding member of the Alternator Art Gallery. Ms Smith McCulloch was re-appointed to the board in April 2008.

Stan Somerville, retired, previously worked in Federal Government and the Private Sector, and has actively been involved with the visual arts community for over forty years. Mr. Somerville was appointed to the board in October 2011.

Amy Zurrer is Communications Advisor for Kelowna Flightcraft Air Charter Ltd. Ms. Zurrer has vast background experience within the public relations and marketing sector. She also has previous museum/gallery background having worked for several museums in Ontario. Ms. Zurrer was appointed to the board in April 2013.

Sandra Kochan; Cultural Services Manager, is the City of Kelowna board Appointee.
